Wine Boxes - Again, they are great!

We were doing some light reading and research when we came across this article in Fruit and Vegetable Magazine. We were blogging about tetra paks of wine absorbing chemicals out of wine. Also, we were always under the impression that with box wines, they did not oxidize because the wine is never exposed to the air. Very interesting article, we will let you know when we come across more information.
