We have been trying to give people something to think about, so that they can be responsible consumers. We are encouraging people to get to know where they purchase their food from, to read labels and make responsible decisions.
An incredible young lady came to the vineyard a while back and wanted to study the carbon foot print that the wine industry of Nova Scotia leaves on our planet.
